David Maki Builders Limited has been building high quality homes for
the past 24 years. My father was a builder and I learned not only
the trade from him but also the importance of complete honesty in all my
business dealings. To build a quality home, I feel that you must have a
good, honest working relationship with your trades. If you maintain
this relationship, then the product quality soars. A builder is only
as good as his workers and trades. I also believe that the vast
majority of customers only ask for what they want, nothing more.
That’s why it is important to try to give the purchaser the quality
and service he/she deserves. In the end, as a
builder I have to ask myself ... have I answered all the questions?
repaired any and all
deficiencies? do I believe the customer is happy with his/her new
home? How can I do improve things next time? |
